My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although small for three people, offered wonderful views over the ski slopes and were well-equipped with a nice balcony, good toiletries, dressing gowns, and slippers, creating a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The service was a bit inconsistent - while the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, there was a lack of apology or offer to reimburse for a last-minute taxi payment. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the main lifts, town square, and restaurants, but could turn costly depending on your choices. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the inflexibility regarding early breakfast was a downside. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, providing a decent accommodation experience.
